A few moments ago, I was walking through our office here at the mission, when I stopped and looked out the window. Three of our program participants were circled together on the front lawn praying. As they stood huddled, arms around one another’s shoulders, it was clear they were having an amazing moment with God.

This was not a moment in the day where program “dictated” they be in prayer; this was a moment where they chose to stand together in God’s strength. I wish I could have stepped out the door to take a photo to share, or that I had adequate words to describe what I witnessed. It was another shining example of God’s redemptive work and the difference he can make in individuals who are humbled by his call.
