Volunteer at the Rescue Mission

Volunteers bring essential services to the Central Coast Rescue Mission. Each year, thousands of people offer their time, talent, and goodness of heart to outreach projects, to help make a difference in the lives of the hurting and the homeless.

Opportunities are on-going, year-round, and constantly changing. At the Central Coast Rescue Mission, there is a place for everyone with time to give.

Homeless Outreach

Homeless Camps in Santa Maria City Limits.

Help pack sack lunches and pass out lunches, clothing, toiletries, etc. to the homeless in the Santa Maria city limits.

Grocery Outreach

Every Thursday, 5:00PM - 5:30PM

Help pack and distribute grocery bags for low income families in the Santa Maria city limits.

Central Coast Super Thrift

Monday - Thursday, 9AM - 6PM
Friday - Saturday, 10AM - 6PM

Help sort donations, hang items on racks, and clean the store facility.

Women's Life Recovery Program

Help renovate our new property in Santa Maria by painting, landscaping, installing a new fence, etc.
