Women's Program

Rescue Mission Alliance Central Coast offers an extensive Life Recovery Program. It is a free, 8–12 month residential program that structures itself around Biblical learning and holistic health. Our program provides one-on-one coaching, mentorship and case management, as well as classes that include: money management; conflict resolution; anxiety, stress and anger management; GED studies; interview skills; and Biblical studies. In addition to these life-enriching classes, the program provides our residents with a variety of vocational paths and skill development through our thrift store and community partners. We offer a variety of training opportunities based on the needs of our residents. We also assist our residents with job placement.

For those interested in the Life Recovery Program, we require they first apply online. Once the application is submitted, a staff person will reach out to conduct a phone or in-person interview. The interviews are conducted by appointment only. For more information, call 805-308-5467. It is encouraged, if possible, that you bring the following: social security card, driver’s license or ID card, and a current T.B. test card.

The Rescue Mission provides a refuge for women struggling with addiction, and provides opportunities to recover and heal with Biblical guidance.

All Mission goods and services are provided to each recovering client at no cost and are made available solely through the generous support of our donors, including: individuals, businesses, churches, and foundation grants.

If you know a woman in need of shelter, please call 805-614-0220.
